This document is aimed at carrying out a specific analysis of a conjunctural nature that, through the evaluation of three complex political situations outlined from different scales of evaluation (global, regional and local), will seek to make known, in a truthful way, relevant problems that, oriented under the axis of security, represent a highly incident for the world. Specifically, the situations to be evaluated will be: Iranian State Terrorism: a reminder of a latent danger with global reach; Arce’s Government in Bolivia: A dictatorial legacy for Latin America? and Current Populism in Colombia: a danger for the institutionality that guarantees national security?
